This explains what we do with your information. In short: we collect what we need to sell you something and deliver it, and nothing else. ## What we collect - Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your order and reach you about it. - Your delivery address, so we can deliver. - Your order history. - If you create an account, your sign-in details. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and we never see them. We do not see or store your card or Mobile Money details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is responsible for that information. ## Why we collect it To take and deliver your order, to answer you when you contact us, and to tell you about your order. If you have asked us to, we may also email you about new arrivals. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we will not email you about anything else without asking. ## Who we share it with - Our delivery partners, so they can bring you your order. - Our payment provider, so you can pay. - Google Firebase, which hosts our database. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any amount. ## How long we keep it We keep order records as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty or return. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. ## Your rights You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will answer. ## Cookies We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your basket. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
